HBNO® Bulk will accept returns of unopened products for a refund of the purchase price, less original shipping and handling charges, provided:

The return is initiated within 30 days of delivery.
The product is in original condition and packaging.
You obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by calling (530) 399-3782 prior to return.
No returns of any kind will be accepted without an RMA.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping and assume all associated risks. We strongly recommend using a trackable service with insurance and proof of delivery.
Refund Method & Timeframe: approximately 10 business days after we receive your return. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for purchase.
Non-Returnable Products: HBNO® offers no refunds on any products marked as non-returnable on the site.
Nonconforming Goods / Opened Products:
If a product has been opened, it may only be returned if it is determined to be nonconforming.
Customers must inspect all products upon delivery and report any defects in writing within 5 days of the inspection period ending. Upon confirmation, HBNO® will, at its discretion, either:
1. Replace the nonconforming product with a conforming one, or
2. Issue a full refund, including the cost of return shipping to HBNO’s facility or as instructed in writing.
