Do I need a resale certificate or tax ID to buy wholesale?
A resale or tax-exemption certificate is only needed if you are buying tax-exempt for resale. Otherwise your registered business details are enough to open a wholesale account.
What is the minimum order for wholesale essential oils?
There is no minimum order. You can buy a single 1 kg pilot quantity or a full container load, and the per-unit price drops as volume grows.
What pack sizes do you offer: pails, drums, totes?
Bulk oils ship in 25 kg pails, 55-gallon drums from 4 kg to 180 kg, and 900 kg IBC totes, plus 1 kg and 5 kg sizes for pilot runs.
How does volume pricing work?
Pricing steps down at defined volume tiers, from pilot scale (1–4 kg) to industrial FCL orders. Contract pricing is locked for the length of your supply agreement.
Can I get samples before ordering in bulk?
Yes. We send a lot sample for evaluation and GC/MS verification, and the sample fee is credited back on your first wholesale order.
How fast do wholesale orders ship?
In-stock oils dispatch from our California hub within 24–48 hours. We ship FCL and LCL to over 100 countries.
What documents come with each lot?
Every lot ships with a batch-specific Certificate of Analysis, a Safety Data Sheet and GC/MS data, with IFRA documentation where applicable.
What is the difference between wholesale, private label and custom formulation?
Wholesale is our oil, unbranded, in bulk. Private label is our oil filled and labeled as your product, from 100 units per SKU. Custom formulation is a product developed to your own brief.
Do you offer net 30 terms or ship internationally?
Established wholesale accounts can use NET-30 or NET-60 terms. We ship worldwide under FOB, CIF, DDP and EXW, with CoA, SDS and import documents included.
