HBNO® Bulk offers free shipping on orders of $100 or more

within the lower 48 United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and international shipments and subject to change at HBNO’s discretion without advance notice)

For orders with free shipping, HBNO® shall replace products of such orders that are damaged while in transit. This policy does not apply to orders under $100, which do not qualify for free shipping.

Processing & Carrier Choice: Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Shipping carrier selection is at HBNO’s discretion.
Risk of Loss: Title and risk of loss transfer to the customer upon shipment. HBNO is not responsible for delays, damage, or loss once the order has left our facility.
Proof of Delivery: Delivery confirmation provided by the carrier is deemed sufficient proof of delivery, even without a signature.
