No,  and that is deliberate. HBNO sells direct from the Chico plant rather than through regional warehouses or third-party distributors. You are buying from the manufacturer, not a reseller holding someone else's stock, so pricing has no distributor margin stacked on it and every drum is traceable to the batch it was filled from. If you need material physically closer to your line, the practical answer is order size: consolidate into drums, totes or pallets and hold the stock yourself rather than paying for small repeat parcel shipments.

Product pricing is tiered by volume, not by your location. Freight is where geography shows up. Orders of $100 or more ship free within the lower 48 states; Alaska, Hawaii, US territories and international destinations are excluded from that offer. Drum, tote and pallet freight is quoted per shipment because LTL rates move with lane, weight and fuel. Carrier selection is at HBNO's discretion, and title and risk of loss transfer to the customer upon shipment.

Orders process in 3–5 business days, Monday to Friday. Parcel transit then runs 1–7 days via FedEx Ground depending on how far you are from Chico, West Coast buyers sit at the short end of that range, East Coast and Gulf states at the long end. Drum, tote and pallet freight moves by LTL and is quoted per shipment at booking rather than against a published day count. Tracking is emailed to you as soon as the order ships.
