Florida-bound freight runs south to I-5, then east on I-10, the southern transcontinental lane through Phoenix, El Paso, San Antonio, Houston and Mobile crossing into Florida at Pensacola and reaching Tallahassee, where I-75 and I-95 take it south. Parcel goes FedEx Ground; drums and totes go LTL. Nothing clears customs, but nothing is next-day either.

Do you ship bulk essential oils across Florida?

Yes. HBNO supplies the whole state from its plant in Chico, California — Jacksonville and Northeast Florida, the I-4 corridor through Orlando, Tampa Bay and the Gulf Coast down I-75, and the Gold Coast from West Palm Beach through Fort Lauderdale to Miami. Samples and pails move by parcel, drums and totes by LTL freight. There is no Florida depot and no in-state will-call: everything ships from Chico.

Yes. Every batch ships with a Certificate of Analysis, a Safety Data Sheet, an allergen statement and IFRA documentation, and batch testing is available on request. GC/MS testing is done in our own lab in Chico rather than sent out, so the data behind the CoA is ours.

Can you supply the documentation we need for material we re-export?

Yes — the CoA, SDS, IFRA statement and allergen statement are the set most Florida buyers filling for Latin America and the Caribbean are asked to produce, and they are issued per batch. One limit worth knowing at quote stage: HBNO issues its Safety Data Sheets in English. If your destination market requires another language, raise it with the team before you order.
