Bulk Oils Supplier in Washington
Bulk Oil Distributor in Washington
HBNO manufactures and supplies bulk essential oils, carrier oils and aromatic chemicals to Washington's craft beverage and coffee roasting trade, its natural personal-care formulators and its Columbia Basin food processors. Every batch is GC/MS-tested in our own Chico lab and ships with a CoA, SDS and IFRA documentation. The lane is a single interstate north, and Washington runs on Pacific time the same working day as Chico, start to finish.

Three-quarters of the American hop crop
The Yakima Valley grows roughly 75% of the hops in the United States — Washington strung close to 32,000 acres in 2025, against a national total above 42,000. A state that supplies that much of the country's aroma-crop base has the trade to match it: brewers, distillers, roasters and blenders who buy flavour inputs on spec. Alongside them sits Seattle's clean-beauty base, which is what a cosmetic ingredients supplier here mostly quotes into.
Craft Beverage & Coffee
Brewers, distillers, cideries and the specialty coffee roasters Seattle helped invent, buying FEMA / GRAS flavour material by the kilo and pail against a documented constituent range.
Natural & Clean Beauty
Puget Sound formulators and contract manufacturers buying carriers, actives and single-origin oils, and screening the certification file before the price.
Food Processing & the Columbia Basin
Yakima, the Tri-Cities and Wenatchee run fruit, hop and vegetable processing at scale, specifying food-grade material against constituent ranges.
Household & Home Care
Soap, hard-surface and laundry formulators around Tacoma and Vancouver buying citrus and spice oils in pail and tote quantities.
Over the Cascades: the Yakima Valley and the Columbia Basin
Washington's aroma-crop country is east of the mountains. The Yakima Valley Yakima, Prosser, Sunnyside, Toppenish, grows about three-quarters of the American hop crop, and the Columbia Basin around the Tri-Cities and Wenatchee processes fruit and vegetables at the same scale. What that builds is a regional trade fluent in aroma specification: brewers, distillers, roasters and blenders who read a constituent range the way a grower reads an alpha-acid figure, and who buy their non-crop flavour i

Food-grade lines documented as FEMA / GRAS for beverage, brewing and roasting work, with the CoA issued per batch.
Constituent range held
GC/MS on every batch, with constituent ranges held across reorders, so a compound qualified once stays qualified.
Cosmetic actives alongside
Aromatic chemicals and cosmetic-grade actives on the same order as the flavour material, for formulators working both sides.
Pail to tote
From 1/3 oz evaluation samples through 25 kg pails to 25-180 kg drums and totes, with no minimum order and tiered wholesale pricing.
The In-State Advantage
A domestic supplier, not an import
Sourcing from a Washington manufacturer shortens your supply chain in ways an overseas or out-of-state supplier cannot match.
Domestic freight, not an ocean lane
Material moves as a domestic ground shipment straight up I-5 rather than as a container into the Northwest Seaport Alliance terminals at Seattle and Tacoma, and free shipping applies to orders over $100 within the lower 48.
No import entry
No customs clearance, no ocean-freight lead time, no port-congestion risk - one domestic purchase order instead of an import file, in one currency and under one contract.
One time zone, whole working day
Nearly all of Nevada runs on Pacific time, the same clock as Chico, so a Nevada buyer reaches the team through the full working day rather than catching the morning. The exception is the strip on the Utah line around West Wendover, which is on Mountain time.
Plan around the Siskiyou, not the plains
The I-5 lane crosses the Siskiyou Pass at the California-Oregon line, which sees chain controls and occasional closures between roughly November and March. HBNO holds bulk stock in Chico, so an early reorder is waiting on freight rather than on production.

Shipping & Fulfillment
We Ship From Inside Washington
Chico sits on Highway 99 at the top of the Sacramento Valley, and the Washington lane barely turns: south to I-5, then north on the same interstate through Redding, over the Siskiyou Pass, past Medford, Eugene, Salem and Portland, across the Columbia at Vancouver and up through Olympia and Tacoma to Seattle and Everett. Yakima and the Tri-Cities come off I-82; Ellensburg, Moses Lake and Spokane are over Snoqualmie Pass on I-90. Parcel goes FedEx Ground; drums and totes go LTL.
Processing, then a single interstate
Orders process in 3-5 business days, Monday to Friday. Washington parcel transit then falls inside HBNO's published 1-7 day FedEx Ground range - one of the shorter runs in the network, though HBNO publishes no per-state figure and none is quoted here.
East of the mountains is a separate leg
Yakima, the Tri-Cities and Spokane come off the I-5 spine via I-82 or Snoqualmie Pass, and both passes see winter restrictions. There is no Washington warehouse and no in-state will-call - everything ships from Chico.
Docs travel with every shipment
CoA, SDS, IFRA and allergen statements included on arrival.

What Our B2B Customers Say
Trusted by Wholesale Makers
Critical Inquiries & Operational Logistics
Bulk Supply, Answered
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
There is no minimum order quantity. Sizes run from evaluation samples to pails, drums, totes and pallets on LTL freight. Wholesale pricing is tiered, so request a quote against your target volume.
Do you offer private label services?
Yes. We offer full private-label and white-label programs, from custom blending to contract filling, for brands moving from small-batch runs into retail distribution.
Can you provide a Certificate of Analysis (CoA)?
Yes. Every batch ships with a Certificate of Analysis, an SDS, an allergen statement and IFRA documentation. GC/MS testing is done in our own lab, so the data behind the CoA is ours.
What extraction methods and grades are available?
We supply steam-distilled, cold-pressed and CO2-extracted oils across cosmetic, food and industrial grades, each held to a published specification.
